As you may be aware, recent changes to the EU Regulationsregarding new product intervention measures on the provision of Binary Options to retail investors has come into effect.

Owing to these restrictions, HighLow Markets Pty Ltd (HighLow) will adopt the following measures with regards to all European and UK client accounts:

• HighLow will stop accepting new clients from Europe
and the UK

• HighLow will offer free withdrawals on all withdrawal
methods to clients from Europe and the UK
Sept‌ember 1s‌t, 201‌8

• HighLow will stop accepting deposits and processing the
trades of existing clients from Europe and the UK
